Vietnam Agglomerated Film Water Ring Pelletizing Project Case

A mid-sized plastic recycling enterprise in Vietnam required a stable pelletizing solution for processing agglomerated PE and PP film materials generated from industrial recycling streams. The customer focused on achieving consistent pellet quality and reliable output while processing materials with variable bulk density.

Based on the material characteristics and production objectives, an agglomerated film water ring pelletizing machine was supplied. The system configuration was selected to ensure stable melt flow and continuous pellet cutting, meeting the customer’s daily production requirements.

During commissioning, extrusion temperature zones and water ring cutting parameters were adjusted according to the behavior of the agglomerated materials. The water ring cutting system provided uniform pellet formation and effective cooling, supporting continuous operation without pellet adhesion.

After being put into regular production, the pelletizing line operated reliably under normal recycling conditions. The customer reported stable pellet quality, smooth operation, and improved production efficiency compared with previous pelletizing solutions.

This project demonstrates the practical application of a water ring pelletizing machine for agglomerated film recycling, offering a reliable solution for consistent pellet production in plastic recycling plants.
